So, what’s new? Not so Smart Water Meters, The Trouble with Solar Panels, Bad Contracts and the WHO
BOYNTON BEACH NOT SO SMART WATER METERS
The City of Boynton Beach is replacing the Smart Water Meters Installed about 10 years ago. https://www.boynton-beach.org/722/Water-Meter-Replacement-Project . The replacements are being done in violation of the City’s Ordinances that require the smart meters to have telecommunication permits and the installers to be registered with insurance.
Read our letter to the City of Boynton Beach citing the Ordinance they are in violation of, submitted as Public Comment and in the record as indicated, for any who would care to reference it and request the City to have their water meter installed by a registered, insured contractor, especially because we are being solicited to obtain insurance for the service line they are connecting it to. We are also asking the City to establish an opt out program, similar to what FPL has for the smart electrical meters.
So, will the SLWA insurance we are solicited to purchase, cover damages from the new Smart Water Meters, with their antennas and lithium batteries that are connected to our service lines?
And just how does this lithium battery powered antenna and water meter that is connected to our water service line effect the electrical ground of our homes, that the City permitted with one grounding rod and the C.W. Pipe used to meet the code? Does SLWA know about this?
Now, what you should be aware of is that many of these meters have failed, running out of battery power. Mine was made in December 2012 and failed in January 2024. Unbeknownst to me, the City was billing me based on a recent historical rate, so it did not matter if I tried to conserve, the bill would be the same.
What makes this all even more strange is that when I examined my meter, it was apparent that the battery and antenna could be replaced without changing out the meter. What had been installed was a 2 Watt antenna with a lithium battery, connected to the valve by some wires. So why did they tell me that I must get the valve changed out to get real meter readings instead of their high estimates?
It is also apparent that the system was not powered for real-time-monitoring. It is what is called a radio-read antenna, read by a mobile base station that has a more powerful system. So how will the real-time-monitoring of the new valves be powered? None of the answers are good.
THE TROUBLE WITH SOLAR PANELS

I am very sorry to have to raise the alarm on having solar panels installed on your home. I have a patent for a solar tracker for that was invented at Crystal Key https://suntrackme.com/ and was once a great fan. However, the ever increasing exposures to RF/MW radiation from wireless telecommunication has increased to a point where every source of exposure should be considered. I am recommending that homeowners challenge any vendor, to certify their installation will not cause high frequency transients on their electrical systems and that the HOA Board set standards. It is primarily a matter of the inverter and a good one that does not cause problems can be costly.

They can also create problems in neighboring homes so it is important that proper standards be set for the community.
BAD CONTRACTS
What can homeowners do about the monthly Cable TV charge in their HOA Fees? The Ex Board Member who hooked us up says we are stuck with the contract and now he wants to be on the Fines Committee to make sure more homeowners pay more. We think the poor judgement that went into that contract should not have any influence on fines for HOA members. Let your Board Members know what you think and consider volunteering for the Fines Committee yourself.
Now if you are hooked up for internet service with the same company you got hooked up to high dollar cable TV with, consider cutting that additional cost by purchasing your own modem and router and saving on the rental of their Gateway Box (modem and router in one). The payout is usually about two years before it is money in your pocket, but there are also Cyber Security and safety issues that are even more important. A good wi-fi router has on/off power, on/off wi-fi and radio transmit power control so that you can turn off or turn down your system when you want. The power translates directly to RF/MW radiation exposure and control of it is also necessary for security and privacy. Go from their wi-fi everywhere to a wi-fi on demand system and cut your exposure a factor of 10 or more. For an example of an on-demand system see https://www.jrseco.com/. Our homes are not so large that then need all the power of the usual gateway box that extends your field 300 feet. That actually can cause interference with everybody’s MAC ID in everyone else’s home. It is also a bad security problem that can be exploited for biosurveillance. Have a care as I think you are going to be told about how much harm to your health there is, coming over the next two years.
THE WHO AND HUMAN EXPOSURE GUIDELINES FOR RF/MW RADIATION
The WHO, after many years of denial, is reporting they now have studies showing microwave radiation causes cancer in animals. I will tell you they have know for decades and are playing us in a very nasty way.
I have also found out, from the Children’s Health Defense Attorneys, that the 2021 remand of the FCC Human Exposure Guidelines for RF/MW Radiation will not be taken back to court in less that five years from it’s court ruling. In the meantime the FCC has not complied and the United States Government stopped all testing in January 2024 after failing to establish any safety.
Folks, this is bad. They have a script and they are on a schedule that involves depopulation and Draconian controls. Do not let yourself or yourself be collateral damage of their plans.
Do not expect any relief before 2027 and then, they will implement what is called The Tobacco Model, where they pretend to just realize that smoking not only harms the smoker, but the second hand smoke harms those around them. This will be an excuse for more Draconian controls involving your use of wireless radiation. I suggest you stop investing in any wireless technology and go wired and grounded ASAP.
Please see the following on another letter to the City of Boynton Beach that has been also entered into the Public Record. The last City Administration was non-responsive but we have a new one in place now. Our Commissioner Turkin has expressed his frustration trying to get something done as we appear to have a City Attorney who would rather blame the FCC than get our Ordinances Updated. Let us see what can be done.
