The individual homes in Crystal Key all have building permits available on line with the City of Boynton Beach. However, there are building floor plans by model, so you will need to know which you have. There are three models and the plans for those are found in the City permits for the model homes that are at 151 Crystal Key Way (Plantation, 1,386 sq ft), 153 Crystal Key Way (Marathon, 1,325 sq ft) and 155 Crystal Key Way (Islamorada, 1,236 sq ft). You should be able to tell by your square footage as listed at https://www.pbcgov.org/papa/ . Your plans will be one of those or a mirror image of them. The files are a little too bit for this website to support but can be emailed upon request through the contact page. The Building Permits for 151, 153 and 155 Crystal Key Way are 97-0382, 97-0379 and 97-0381 respectively.

There are two legacy links, one is to the Laserfiche system with lookup for the actual files by street address. There are some misfilings and you may need to use the Advanced Search for the building permit number. To get the building permit number, use the other legacy link to the Click2Gov and you can get a listing of the building permits by address and other criteria.
The Clubhouse at 160 Crystal Key Way may also have records under the address of 551 SW 8th Street. The Building Permit for the Clubhouse is 97-2835, for the pool is 97-3218 and for the irrigation system is 98-1178.
