If you are going to live in an HOA or Condo, I would so recommend that you get certified as a Board Member so that you know what the people who are operating the non-profit corporation you are living in, are supposed to be doing. Otherwise it may be whatever they can get away with. Really, they can do some damage and run up debts that will become your assessments.

I took the course online, from the list of approved providers, for under $20 and got the certificate above.
Be on the Board or get on a Committee if you want low HOA fees and a decent place to live. I will be continuing to get us a proper election and would like to see more Members submitting Intents to be a Candidate, or I will be so in self defense. Yes, please send me you proxies and I will vote for myself or any other brave souls you may request. You can always come to the meeting and take your proxy back to vote as you want.
