The individual homes in Crystal Key all have building permits available on line with the City of Boynton Beach. However, there are building floor plans by model, so you will need to know which you have. There are three models and the plans for those are found in the City permits for the model homes that are at 151 Crystal Key Way (Plantation, 1,386 sq ft), 153 Crystal Key Way (Marathon, 1,325 sq ft) and 155 Crystal Key Way (Islamorada, 1,236 sq ft). You should be able to tell by your square footage as listed at https://www.pbcgov.org/papa/ . Your plans will be one of those or a mirror image of them.
