Select NAME and accept the disclaimer. Search for Crystal Key at Woolbright Place and there are two documents from 1997 listed as RESTRICTIONS. One is the main set of documents and another is an amendment. (As of 12/2/2023). The file size needs some management that this website does not support. CK-Docs-Part-1 and CK-Docs-Part-2 actually consist of several documents. The first is the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions that includes homeowners rights and responsibilities. Then you have the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws.
