You may note that Dana Brancato of Southern Shores Management is on the Board of Directors for the Woolbright Place Masters Association and that Southern Shores Management is listed as the Registered Agent for Crystal Key at Woolbright Place. Southern Shores Management is also a Corporation. So that is how the entities are managed.

Do the humans involved here have any responsibility to be responsive to the needs of our community? Maybe. But the questions more to the point is who profited from the missing grounding electrode on the electrical systems of our homes and from the as-built surveys that were never done? Who was supposed to make sure there was a Quorum for the Annual Members Meeting? What are the Rules?
