Records requests have been made and answered, in part. Looks like we will be going forward with a Petition for Arbitration to contest the lack of election.
The first request was for the Comcast Contract, that was received. You can get that by request to me or to Southern Shores. I would say it is easily challenged. We will save that for a separate post.
I am not posting all the responses I got as there are privacy issues but will make them available upon request.
These are the Records Requests to Date:
According to the response to the above request, only three of the five 2025 Board Members have Certifications. Only one proxy was sent to Southern Shores.
The response shows some irregularities as only three of the five board members were sent the nomination. The Nominees consisted of two existing Board Members, Ross Dubin and Milton Roman. None provided a Notice of Intent and Dubin and Roman do not have Certifications according to the November 19, 2025 request response above.
This would imply that two of the publicly listed 2025 Board Members did not have Certifications, while they are still listed as active Board Members, today, according to Sunbiz, shown below. Members do not seem to have access to information on who is currently on the Board.
The response to the above request was quite enlightening and is attached to the next request of December 12th, below.
